Terms and Conditions, Function Bookings
Acceptance
Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. All bookings are subject to management approval.
Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once you receive written acceptance from Inflation Entertainment Complex.
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your function date. The amount and due date will be advised in your written confirmation.
Payment
Final balance is due prior to or on the day of the event, as agreed in writing.
Cancellation
Cancellations may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to venue availability.
Venue Conduct
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or end an event for breaches of venue policy, capacity limits, or unlawful conduct.
Variations
Inflation Entertainment Complex reserves the right to amend these terms. Current terms apply at time of booking confirmation.
